We’ve developed a hands-on approach to skills development that includes deeper levels of learning and leadership training. Through our programs, young people are discovering just how much they can do to make the world a better place.

Types of Training
Service-learning and leadership training helps youth in middle and high school develop deep understanding of the service in combination with leadership skill building.
Encompassing both hard and soft skill building, training modules include content on bias and stereotype, project management, community needs mapping and evaluation.
Through training, young people learn what it means to plan and execute projects that are impactful for the community and themselves.
Over the years, Multiplying Good has partnered with a range of nonprofit and for-profit organizations on customizing trainings to fit the needs of their constituents.
Whatever the needs of your young people in relation to service, leadership or social entrepreneurship, we customize trainings that build the skills to make a difference and the confidence to do it well.
GlobeChangers is an in-depth training and entrepreneurship program that helps youth 25 years old and younger take a big idea into something scalable.
Training helps youth identify themselves as leaders, think big and develop real world skills through practice and exercise.
Globechangers are trained in-person and then offered a step-by-step system to support them as they grow. Training is supplemented by 1:1 mentorship at an additional cost.
Globechangers is a tried and true method to help young people change the world.
